Nazywam się Daria Springer-Ładzikowska i stoję za The Soft Flair.
Lubię ubrania. Ich jakość, konstrukcję, kolor, proporcje i możliwości, jakie dają. Ale jeszcze bardziej interesuje mnie sztuka wyboru.
Nie wierzę, że dobra garderoba wymaga ciągłego kupowania. Nie dzielę też świata na rzeczy „dobre”, bo drogie, i „złe”, bo z sieciówki. Szukam jakości wszędzie: w markach premium, polskich markach, high street i second hand.
W pracy z garderobą najbardziej interesuje mnie codzienność. To, co naprawdę nosimy. Jak żyjemy, czego potrzebujemy, w czym czujemy się sobą i na co chcemy wydawać pieniądze.
Mniej, ale lepiej nie oznacza dla mnie mniej dla zasady. Oznacza wybierać świadomie.
The Soft Flair stworzyłam jako miejsce poświęcone funkcjonalnej garderobie, jakości i osobistemu stylowi. Dziś pracuję indywidualnie z klientkami, tworzę Uniformy i materiały edukacyjne oraz pokazuję, jak podejmować lepsze decyzje zakupowe bez pogoni za trendami i bez budowania garderoby od nowa co sezon.
Mam za sobą setki indywidualnych projektów garderób, konsultacji oraz lata pracy z kobietami o bardzo różnych potrzebach, sylwetkach, budżetach i stylach życia. I właśnie dlatego nie wierzę w jeden przepis na dobry styl.
Dobra garderoba nie powinna wyglądać jak moja. Powinna wyglądać jak Twoja.

My name is Daria Springer-Ładzikowska, and I’m the person behind The Soft Flair.
I love clothes. Their quality, construction, colour, proportions, and the possibilities they offer. But what interests me even more is the art of choosing well.
I don’t believe that a great wardrobe requires constant shopping. Nor do I divide clothes into “good” because they’re expensive and “bad” because they come from the high street. I look for quality everywhere: in premium labels, Polish brands, high-street stores, and second-hand.
What interests me most about working with wardrobes is real life. What we actually wear. How we live, what we need, what makes us feel like ourselves, and what we genuinely want to spend our money on.
Less, but better doesn’t mean owning less for the sake of it. It means choosing with intention.
I created The Soft Flair as a space dedicated to functional wardrobes, quality, and personal style. Today, I work individually with clients, create Uniformy and educational resources, and show women how to make better shopping decisions without chasing trends or rebuilding their wardrobes every season.
I’ve worked on hundreds of individual wardrobe projects and consultations over the years, with women of different needs, body shapes, budgets, and lifestyles. And that’s exactly why I don’t believe there is one formula for great style.
A great wardrobe shouldn’t look like mine. It should look like yours.
